Free event: Sustainability, carbon and waste reduction in Scottish NHS Catering
NHS boards are under pressure to improve sustainability, recycle more, reduce carbon and save money. New Scottish Waste Regulations have wide-reaching affects, including banning macerators and mandating food waste recycling.
This free educational seminar brings together NHS professionals from catering, waste and procurement teams across Scotland for a useful introduction to complex subjects, and an opportunity to discuss your experiences with our experts.
