Please find the cut-off dates for December deliveries below:

UK – Warehouse & office
• Pallet orders: Last order date for pre-Christmas delivery is 20^th December 2025.
• Parcel orders: Last order date for pre-Christmas delivery is 19^th December 2025.
• Deliveries resume 5^th January 2026.

Our office hours over the holiday period are as follows:

• Closed 24^th December Mid-day.
• Closed 25^th December
• Closed 26^th December
• Open 29^th December – 31st December. 
• Closed 1^st January.

We will accept orders between Christmas and New Year, except on the closure dates listed above. Any orders received after the final Christmas and New Year cut offs will be processed for despatch from 5^th January 2026.

• Last loading and truck departures: 18^th December, 16:00
• Warehouse closed: 24^th December 2025 to 4^th January 2026
• Warehouse operations resume: 5^th January 2026

Orders received after 15^th December at 16:00 cannot be guaranteed for despatch or collection before  5^th January.

Please note that international transport capacity is limited in December, which may extend delivery times.
