Dear customers, 

Please be aware that the cut-off dates for pre-Christmas deliveries are as follows: 

UK deliveries 

12^th of December – For orders over 10 pallets 

19^th of December – For other pallet and parcel orders 

Orders need to be placed before 10 am on these dates in order to ensure delivery before Christmas. 

EU deliveries 

Please note, a stock take is planned at our EU warehouse from the 13^th-15^th of December. As a result, the deadline for pre-Christmas deliveries is the 9^th of December. 

There will be no regular departures in Europe between the 17^th – 31^st of December. This means that standard transit times cannot be guaranteed. 

Both warehouses will resume operations on the 3rd of January. Delivery services will be at reduced capacity on w/c 2nd of Jan. Normal delivery services will resume the following week from the 9^th.
