We are looking for a new Facilities Specialist based at our Edinburgh HQ!

Main purpose and scope of the job

The Facilities Specialist maintains standards for HSE, fire safety and facilities. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office spaces.

In the role, you will also ensure the wider team are briefed, trained and aware of requirements surrounding legislation and adherence to internal policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our ISO Quality standards, particularly, but not restricted to, environmental standards. Furthermore, you will ensure our compliance with all relevant requirements for office and working spaces and our ISO accreditation.
